Bahan-bahan:
4 keping dada ayam tanpa tulang
2 sudu besar minyak zaitun
2 ulas bawang putih, cincang halus
1 sudu kecil thyme kering
1 sudu kecil rosemary kering
1 sudu kecil oregano kering

10 keping dried lemon slices
1 cawan air suam

Langkah-langkah:
Rehydrate Dried Lemon Slices:
Rendam dried lemon slices dalam cawan air suam selama kira-kira 10-15 minit sehingga mereka menjadi lembut.
Sediakan Marinade:
Marinade Ayam:
Dalam mangkuk kecil, campurkan minyak zaitun, bawang putih cincang, thyme kering, rosemary kering, oregano kering, garam, dan lada hitam. Kacau sehingga sebati.
Tambahkan dried lemon slices yang telah lembut beserta air rendamannya ke dalam campuran marinade.
Letakkan dada ayam dalam bekas besar atau ziplock bag.
Tuangkan campuran marinade beserta dried lemon slices ke atas ayam, pastikan semua bahagian ayam disaluti dengan baik.
Tutup bekas atau seal ziplock bag dan simpan dalam peti sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 30 minit. Lebih baik jika boleh marinade selama 2-4 jam untuk rasa yang lebih mendalam.
Panaskan Oven:
Panaskan oven kepada 200°C (400°F).
Masak Ayam:
Panaskan sedikit minyak zaitun dalam kuali yang boleh dimasukkan ke dalam oven (oven-safe skillet) di atas api sederhana tinggi.
Keluarkan ayam dari marinade dan masukkan ke dalam kuali. Masak selama 2-3 minit setiap bahagian sehingga sedikit keperangan.
Bakar Ayam:
Pindahkan kuali ke dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan dan bakar selama 20-25 minit, atau sehingga ayam masak sepenuhnya (suhu dalaman mencapai 75°C atau 165°F).
Hidang:
Keluarkan ayam dari oven dan biarkan rehat selama 5 minit sebelum dihidangkan.
Hias dengan hirisan lemon segar dan herba segar. Anda boleh hidangkan bersama sayur panggang, nasi, atau salad.

6-8 dried lemon slices
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Rehydrate Dried Lemon Slices:
Place the dried lemon slices in a bowl and cover them with warm water. Let them soak for about 10-15 minutes until they soften.
Prepare Fish Fillets:
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Make the Marinade:
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Fish:
Brush the marinade mixture over the fish fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
Add Dried Lemon Slices:
Place the rehydrated lemon slices on top of and around the fish fillets.
Bake the Fish:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove the fish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley or dill if desired.
Serve with your choice of sides such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Soak Lemon Slices:
